Chhaya Center is a Tourism project comprising of Multi Complex and Hotel located at Thamel. Construction of Chhaya Center has been started from 1st of January 2013. This project consists of a five star hotel, three QFX Cinema Halls, seven specialized restaurants, spacious Food Court, more than 250 shops, office spaces, art gallery, disco theque, banquet and conference halls, 350 cars parking facilities etc. This project is a landmark assets in Kathmandu.

Feedback Nepal is currently working on Detailed Engineering Design & Construction Drawings of 109 MW RoR project and Detailed Engineering Design, Construction Drawings & Construction Supervision of high head hydropower project amongst other consulting assignments.

United Modi Hydropower located at Modi River, Parwat District with power generation capacity of 10 MW. United Modi Hydropower has started to generate electricity for last seven years. The revenue generation crossed six year time and we expect the Company to make a good performance in the year ahead.

M. Nepal is a technology platform initiated by Nepal Investment Bank. This platform will provide a complete mobile banking solution. MNepal was successful in signing a cooperation agreement with International Finance Corporation (IFC) worth USD 154k for development of Mobile Money Initiative in Nepal to enhance Access to Finance for the unbanked and under-banked population of Nepal. IFC project is successfully completed through a global consulting firm called MicroSave and they have delivered all the deliverables as contracted.

ICRA Nepal is the first and only Credit Rating Agency to be established in Nepal. This Company has been established under the joint venture agreement between Himalayan Infrastructure Fund Limited and ICRA Ltd. India, which is an associate company of Moody's. ICRA Nepal Ltd got its license from Securities Board of Nepal and has started credit rating services from March 2013.

Mandu Hydropower Ltd. is a Hydro Project with capacity of 22MW of electricity generation. It is joint project with Sichuan Hechuan Co. Ltd. (SHIC) Chengdu, China. This Project is located at Bagmati River, IPA, Panchakanya VDC, Mankwanpur District, Bagmati Zone, Nepal. This porject has been successfully running for last 2 years.

Upper Rahughat Hydropower located at the Myagdi District, Dhaulagiri Zone, Western Development Region of Nepal. Upper Rahughat HEP in the downstream 48.5 MW. This project is currently under construction with majority shareholder from a Chinese investment company namely Sichuan Ji An Tai Energy Development Company Limited.

Rahughat Mangale Hydropower located at the Myagdi District, Dhaulagiri Zone, Western Development Region of Nepal. Rahughat Mangale HEP in the upstream 35.5MW. This project is currently under construction with majority shareholder from a Chinese investment company namely Sichuan Ji An Tai Energy Development Company Limited.

Nilgiri Khola is located at Narchyan, Myagdi District, Western Development Region of Nepal with power generation capacity of Nilgiri Khola project 38MW and Nilgiri Khola Cascade II project 71MW. We plan to invest amount of Rs. 100 Million from HIF side and arrange remaining finance from other local / foreign investors. This project is under construction now.
